HR Operations Executive (Mandarin Speaking) 人力资源运营专员

Job Requirements:

· Mandarin speaker is preferred.

· Posses own transport and valid driving license with a clean driving record.

· Experience in site supervision, customer service, or business development is an added advantage.

· Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with clients and workers.

· Responsible, reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.

· 拥有自己的交通工具及有效驾驶执照，并具备良好的驾驶记录。

· 具备现场管理、客户服务或业务发展经验者优先。

· 具备良好的领导能力、组织能力及解决问题的能力。

· 具备良好的沟通及人际交往能力，能够有效协调客户与员工。

· 工作认真负责、可靠、守时，并能够独立工作。

Job Responsibility:

· Travel to client sites daily to monitor the performance and attendance of deployed workers.

· Supervise and coordinate workers at client sites to ensure tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and according to client requirements.

· Build and maintain good relationships with clients, addressing feedback and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.

· Assist in marketing by developing new business opportunities and following up on client enquiries and requirements.

· Monitor workers’ attendance, work quality, and productivity, and provide guidance where necessary.

· Communicate effectively with workers and clients to resolve operational and logistical issues.

· Coordinate additional client requests such as extra manpower, transportation, or equipment arrangements.

· Carry out any ad-hoc assignments assigned by management.

· 与客户建立并维持良好关系，及时处理客户的反馈及问题，以确保客户满意度。

· 监督员工的出勤率、工作质量及生产效率，并在必要时提供指导。

· 与员工及客户保持良好沟通，及时解决运营及后勤方面的问题。

· 协调客户的额外需求，例如增加人手、交通安排或设备安排。

· 完成管理层所指派的其他临时工作

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
