Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar platforms.

Experience or strong interest in content creation, including conceptualizing and developing engaging multimedia assets.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take direction effectively.

Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin, with the ability to understand and respond to feedback.

A keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality visual content.

Familiarity with graphic design principles and basic motion graphics is a plus.

Understanding of social media platforms and best practices for content distribution is advantageous.

Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and creative processes within a fast-paced industry.

Manage all aspects of video production, from pre-production planning (scripting, storyboarding) to post-production (editing, color grading, sound mixing).

Source and integrate appropriate music, sound effects, and graphics to enhance video narratives.

Assist in the creation and editing of other multimedia assets, including images, infographics, and GIFs, as needed.

Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in multimedia production, video technology, and social media content to propose innovative ideas.

Manage and organize multimedia assets, ensuring proper file naming conventions and storage.

Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas for new multimedia campaigns and projects.
