About Us

Mankind Space Creation (Mankind Solution Sdn Bhd) is a CIDB G5 and LAM-licensed design & build studio in Sri Petaling, Kuala Lumpur, with 1,000+ projects completed across the Klang Valley since 2017. We specialise in landed homes, from old-house rebuilds and extensions to full renovations, and take every project from 3D design to handover with our own in-house crew and carpentry factory.

About the Role

Learn interior design the real way. You will support our senior designers on live landed projects, from drawings and 3D to site visits and client meetings, and see a project go from the first measurement to handover. Open to students looking for industrial training.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior designers with 2D drawings: layout, elevation, ceiling and electrical plans
  • Build 3D models and renderings with SketchUp, 3ds Max, Enscape or D5
  • Prepare mood boards, material boards and client presentation decks
  • Follow senior designers to site for measurements, site records and progress checks
  • Join client meetings, take notes and help prepare material samples and options
  • Help with client follow-ups such as sending drawings and arranging site appointments
  • Learn how designers work with contractors, carpenters and suppliers

Requirements

  • Diploma or degree student in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field looking for industrial training
  • Basic AutoCAD and SketchUp skills
  • A portfolio or samples of your student work
  • Rendering skills (Enscape, D5, V-Ray or Lumion) are an advantage
  • Own transport is an advantage, not a must (you can follow a senior designer to site)
  • Eager to learn, detail-minded and open to feedback

What We Offer

  • Monthly allowance RM600 - RM1,000
  • Hands-on experience on real landed projects (RM300k - RM1M)
  • Mentorship from senior designers and builders
  • Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm, fully on-site at our Sri Petaling studio
  • Career growth in a growing design & build team

Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
