• Requirements

• Fluent in Mandarin and English (spoken and written)

• Patient, detail-oriented, with good communication skills

• Customer service experience is a plus; fresh graduates and newcomers are welcome to apply

• Able to work rotating shifts, including night shifts

Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries and after-sales issues

• Maintain customer satisfaction and ensure a positive service experience

• Assist customers with account-related and technical issues

• Work with internal teams to follow up on and resolve customer cases
