Minimum SPM / Certificate / Diploma in Warehouse Management, Logistics, Operations or related field.

Previous experience in warehouse, inventory or logistics is an advantage.

Basic knowledge of inventory management and stock control.

Able to use Microsoft Excel / Microsoft Office for stock records and documentation.

Good organisational and time management skills.

Detail-oriented and responsible in handling equipment and stock.

Physically fit and able to lift, move and arrange event equipment when required.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Willing to work overtime, weekends or public holidays when required for events.

Possess a positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Manage daily warehouse operations and ensure equipment is properly organised and stored.

Prepare and issue event equipment according to event requirements.

Receive and check returned equipment from events.

Conduct stock checking, counting and reconciliation.

Inspect equipment for damage, missing items or defects and report any issues.

Ensure equipment is properly labelled, tagged and stored in the correct location.

Assist with loading and unloading equipment for delivery and collection.

Coordinate with the Operations, Logistics, Sales and Event Coordinator teams regarding equipment requirements.

Ensure the warehouse is clean, safe and organised at all times.
