• Host energetic and interactive TikTok Shop live streaming sessions based on assigned shift schedules (2 to 4 hours per session).

• Showcase, style, and effectively demonstrate Desince fashion collections to viewers.

• Actively engage with viewers in real time — addressing sizing, fabric details, promotions, and answering live comments.

• Drive viewer purchase decisions through engaging product demonstrations and compelling calls-to-action (yellow basket).

HOURLY EARNINGS & COMMISSION BREAKDOWN:

• Standard Host: Base RM 15.00 / hour + 3% GMV sales commission (always paid with no minimum target!). Average earnings: ~RM 19.20 / hour.

• Senior Host: Base RM 20.00 / hour + 5% GMV sales commission upon hitting the RM280/hour target. Total pay jumps to RM 34.00 / hour!

• Stretch Bonus: Earn up to 6% GMV commission for outstanding sales performance (potential earnings reaching RM 41.00+ / hour).

• Flexible Shifts: 2 to 4 hours per session (morning, afternoon, or evening slots available).
