No specific educational qualification required. Mandarin candidates with relevant factory experience are preferred. Candidates familiar with production management practices in Malaysian factories operated by Mandarin companies will have an added advantage.

Familiar with stamping, injection molding, and assembly production processes, as well as shop floor production operations, basic equipment management, and production line takt time control.

Strong on-site team management skills, with the ability to independently lead a production team of up to 20 employees.

Responsible for manpower scheduling, work allocation, and daily production coordination.

Responsible for daily production progress monitoring, on-site 5S management, production discipline, and coordination and resolution of production issues to ensure efficient, stable, and standardized production operations.

Able to respond quickly to unexpected issues involving manpower, production processes, capacity, and other shop floor matters. Work closely with the company to implement production plans and achieve daily and monthly production targets.

Willing to comply with factory management arrangements. Good communication and coordination skills, strong sense of responsibility, and able to adapt to factory working hours and production schedules. Candidates with experience in the new energy or metal hardware/structural components industry will have an added advantage.
