We are a fast-growing company in the Homestay & Hospitality industry, and we are looking for a motivated and committed Site Coordinator Intern to join our team.

In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in managing project sites, coordinating with contractors and designers, monitoring progress, and turning interior design plans into real, well-managed spaces.

Who We're Looking For

You may be a good fit if you:

• Are currently pursuing or have completed a Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Construction, Project Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field.

• Have previous site or project experience — an added advantage, but not required.

• Are comfortable communicating and working with different people.

• Are willing to travel to different project sites when required.

• Are responsible, proactive and willing to learn.

• Have good organisational and coordination skills.

• Can work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.

• Enjoy solving problems and finding practical solutions.

Fresh graduates and candidates with limited working experience are welcome to apply.

What You'll Learn & Do

1. Site Monitoring & Supervision

• Assist with daily site inspections and monitor ongoing work.

• Ensure work follows design plans, quality standards and project timelines.

• Monitor contractor progress and highlight any delays or issues.

• Help maintain site safety, cleanliness and proper working conditions.

2. Documentation & Reporting

• Take photos of daily site progress for reporting purposes.

• Record site updates and prepare progress reports.

• Maintain site diaries/logbooks including work completed, materials used and manpower on-site.

3. Coordination & Communication

• Coordinate with site supervisors, designers and contractors.

• Assist in communicating instructions and updates to site workers.

• Help ensure deliveries and site activities are properly coordinated.

4. Material Management

• Track the delivery and usage of materials.

• Check received materials for quantity and condition.

• Ensure materials are properly stored on-site.

• Report any missing, damaged or insufficient materials.

5. Design & Layout Support

• Assist with basic site measurements and layout setting.

• Support designers in checking that designs are implemented correctly.

• Identify potential site issues such as M&E clashes, wall finishes or other construction concerns.

6. Administrative & Ad Hoc Support

• Organise drawings, permits, inspection records and other project documents.

• Assist the team with other project-related tasks when required.

7. Hands-On Learning

• Work closely with experienced Site Supervisors.

• Learn how to handle real project and site challenges.

• Gain exposure to technical drawings, BOQs, material sourcing and basic site safety.
