Job Summary

You will deliver excellent customer service, operate cashier and payment systems, maintain store cleanliness and organization, replenish stock per planogram, and support store sales and profitability in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Operate cashier functions including processing sales, bill payments, and cash withdrawals accurately and efficiently
• Maximise store sales and profitability by promoting products and assisting customers effectively
• Maintain store cleanliness and present an organized store image at all times
• Replenish and arrange products following the store planogram to ensure product availability and visual appeal
• Adapt to shift and outlet changes to support operational needs
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned to support store operations

Required competencies and certifications

• Must be at least 21 years old to comply with legal requirements for selling tobacco products

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Experience working in retail stores

• Work schedule includes 6 days per week with availability to work weekends and public holidays
