Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat regarding Agoda bookings and travel-related services.
• Assist customers with booking modifications, cancellations, refunds, and general account inquiries.
• Provide professional and timely solutions to customer concerns while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Accurately document customer interactions and follow company procedures.
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant department when necessary.
• Maintain service quality standards and achieve individual performance targets.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM4,800.00 per month
