We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Generalist Intern to support our Human Resources team in daily operations. This internship offers hands-on experience in various HR functions including recruitment, employee management, payroll support, and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment process (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews)
• Support onboarding and offboarding of employees
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking
• Handle employee inquiries and provide HR support
• Support in preparing HR documents (offer letters, contracts, reports)
• Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of HR practices is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Able to handle confidential information with integrity
• Willing to learn and able to work in a fast-paced environment

• Internship period: (e.g., 3–6 months)
