We’re Hiring Part-Time Watersports Crew – Come Work by the Beach! ️
Love the sun, sea, and outdoor adventures? Enjoy meeting new people and making their day a little more exciting? Join the OLA team and be part of the fun! We’re looking for fun, energetic and enthusiastic crew members who love creating unforgettable beachside experiences.
Assist with daily watersports operations and prepare equipment for activities
Welcome guests and introduce them to our exciting watersports activities
Brief guests on safety guidelines and proper equipment usage
Assist guests during activities to ensure they have a fun and safe experience
Keep watersports equipment and the activity area clean, tidy, and well-maintained
Conduct regular equipment checks and report any damage or safety concerns
Work closely with the team to ensure smooth operations and great guest experiences
What We’re Looking For
A love for the sun, sea, and outdoor activities
Fun, energetic, and positive attitude
Friendly personality with a passion for hospitality and guest service
Physically fit and comfortable working outdoors
Responsible, safety-conscious, and a good team player
Able to work weekends and public holidays
Previous watersports experience is an advantage
CPR and First Aid Certification are a plus
Sun, sea, good vibes, and an awesome team to work with!
