Possess a minimum of Secondary/SPM/'O' Level certification.

Entry-level position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Proficiency in Telemarketing techniques and strategies.

Demonstrated ability to provide excellent Customer Service.

Experience in Lead Generation and qualification.

Exceptional Active Listening skills to understand customer needs.

Strong Communication Skills, both verbal and written, in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Tamil.

Proven ability in Sales and Persuasion to achieve targets.

Willingness to work full-time at our onsite location in Bangsar South, Jalan Kerinchi, Bangsar South City, 59200 Kuala Lumpur, Wilayah Persekutuan Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, target-driven environment within a 500-employee organization specializing in business process outsourcing (BPO) for call center activities.

Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services and generate leads.

Qualify leads by identifying key decision-makers and understanding their needs and requirements.

Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value propositions to prospective clients.

Schedule appointments or product demonstrations for sales representatives to pursue qualified leads.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of all telemarketing activities in the CRM system.

Follow up with potential customers who have expressed interest in our offerings.

Achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

Handle customer inquiries and provide excellent customer service during telemarketing interactions.

Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective telemarketing strategies and campaigns.

Continuously improve telemarketing skills and knowledge through training and feedback.
