A leading organization in the animal nutrition and feed industry is looking for an accomplished Sales Director to lead its commercial operations in Malaysia.

About the Role

The Sales Director will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s sales strategy, driving revenue growth and expanding its market presence within the animal feed industry.

The role will oversee key customer relationships, identify new business opportunities and lead commercial negotiations with feed mills, livestock producers, integrators and distributors. The successful candidate will also manage and develop the sales team, establish sales targets and work closely with the technical, marketing and operations teams to deliver effective solutions to customers.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 10 years’ experience in sales or business development within the animal feed, animal nutrition, feed additives or agricultural industry, including proven experience in a senior leadership position.

Candidates should possess strong commercial knowledge of the livestock and animal feed market, with established relationships across feed mills, integrators, distributors and major farming operations. Strong leadership, strategic planning, negotiation and team-management capabilities are essential.
