Guest Service & Photo Crew

The Client is seeking enthusiastic, customer-focused individuals to join a vibrant visitor experience team

at one of Malaysia’s most recognised landmarks. This role combines guest engagement, photography

assistance, and sales, offering an exciting opportunity to interact with international visitors while

creating memorable experiences and promoting souvenir photo products.

Job Responsibilities:

• Welcome visitors and provide a warm, professional, and friendly customer experience.

• Assist guests with enquiries and offer helpful information throughout their visit.

• Capture quality photographs of guests using the Client’s designated photography equipment and

procedures.

• Present photographs to guests and guide them in selecting preferred images and souvenir photo

products.

• Promote and sell photography packages while contributing to individual and team sales targets.

• Maintain photography equipment and workstations in a clean, organised, and operational

condition.

• Process customer transactions accurately according to established operating procedures.

• Follow all company policies, standard operating procedures, and health and safety guidelines.

• Perform other duties reasonably related to the position as assigned by the Client.
