Berachah Group Hiring! Full Time Pipeline Team in Federal Territory - Ricebowl

Berachah Group Sdn Bhd is expanding our Pipeline & Flow Assurance team. We are looking for experienced professionals as well as fresh graduates to join us.

PIPELINE ENGINEERING

Senior Pipeline Engineer — More than 7 years’ experience

• Experience in offshore/onshore pipeline design and engineering

• Perform pipeline analyses including wall thickness, on-bottom stability, expansion, free span, buckling, riser/spool stress and pipeline integrity assessments

• Experience with AutoPIPE and DNV pipeline design software

• Good knowledge of applicable DNV and ASME codes and standards

• Prepare engineering calculations, reports, specifications and technical deliverables

Pipeline Engineer — More than 2 years’ experience

• Experience in pipeline design calculations and engineering analyses

• Experience with AutoPIPE and DNV pipeline design software

• Familiarity with wall thickness, on-bottom stability, expansion, free span, buckling and stress analyses

• Familiarity with relevant DNV and ASME codes and standards

• Prepare engineering calculations, reports and technical deliverables

Pipeline Drafter — More than 2 years’ experience

• Prepare and update pipeline engineering drawings

• Develop pipeline route/alignment sheets, crossing, riser, spool and other pipeline-related drawings

• Coordinate drawing inputs with engineers and other disciplines

FLOW ASSURANCE

Senior Flow Assurance Engineer — More than 7 years’ experience

• Experience in steady-state and transient flow assurance studies

• Hydraulic and thermal analysis of production, gas and water injection systems

• Evaluate start-up, shutdown, turndown and other operating scenarios

• Assess slugging, liquid hold-up, hydrate/wax risks and operating limitations

• Experience with PIPESIM and OLGA

Flow Assurance Engineer — More than 2 years’ experience

• Perform steady-state and transient hydraulic simulations

• Develop and validate simulation models

• Assess pressure, temperature, flowrate and operating behaviour

• Experience with PIPESIM and/or OLGA

• Prepare flow assurance calculations, reports and technical deliverables

FRESH GRADUATES

Mechanical / Chemical Engineers

We also welcome fresh graduates interested in developing their careers in Pipeline Engineering or Flow Assurance.

We are looking for candidates with strong engineering fundamentals, analytical skills and an interest in developing expertise in engineering software, industry codes and Oil & Gas design.
