We are looking for an intern to join our team for a 3-6-month internship. You will support the day-to-day operations of the team and work closely with an experienced Senior Financial Services Manager, while gaining practical exposure to the finance and insurance industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative and secretarial support
• Assist with client communication, appointments and follow-ups
• Prepare, organise and maintain documents and client records
• Assist with policy servicing and administrative matters
• Follow up on outstanding documents, requests and client matters
• Maintain accurate records and ensure tasks are completed in a timely manner
• Handle other ad-hoc administrative duties when required

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in any discipline (Business, Finance, Banking or Insurance is a plus)
• Able to commit 3-6-month internship period
• Organized, responsible and detail-oriented
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
