About ASR

Access Safety Rescue Pte Ltd (ASR) is a Singapore-based WSH training and safety services company. We train workers and supervisors to work safely at height, in confined spaces, and on-site, and we're growing our trainer bench.

The role

We're looking for Associate Trainers to deliver courses on a per-session basis, including hands-on training and on-site walkthroughs and assessments.

Courses we're engaging for

WSQ Courses

• Perform Work in Confined Space Operations
• Supervise Work in Confined Space Operations

Non-WSQ Courses

• Height Rescue
• Confined Space Entry & Rescue
• Personal Fall Protection Equipment Inspector

Workplace Learning

• TotalWSH Programme – Site Walkthrough & Assessment (1 hr)
• StaySAFE Programme – Site Walkthrough & Assessment (3 hrs)

Requirements

WSQ courses and Workplace Learning programmes

• Registered WSHO (Workplace Safety and Health Officer)
• ACTA / ACLP

Additional for the two WSQ Confined Space courses

• Minimum 2 years of confined space operations experience

Non-WSQ courses

• Relevant, valid certifications and practical experience in the course area (confined space, height rescue, fall protection inspection)

All roles

• Clear communicator who can coach adult learners
• Safe, reliable, and professional on site
