At IMDA, our vision is to drive a dynamic digital economy with global footprint. By being part of our internship programme, you will have the opportunity to learn and contribute in curated project deliverables, experience IMDA’s culture and network with the minds behind shaping the nation’s dynamic digital economy.

We are looking for interns to join the International Group for our January to June 2027 internship cycle.

Scope of Work

As part of the International Group in IMDA, the Asia Tech x Programme Office organises the annual Asia Tech x Singapore (ATxSG) event, which brings together change-makers and thought leaders from government and industry to explore how technology can drive positive change.

You will be joining a dynamic marketing and communications team that conceptualises, develops and executes the publicity of ATxSummit and ATxInspire series. Your duties will include but is not limited to the following:

• Put your creativity to work by designing eye-catching visual assets using tools like Canva, PowerPoint, and Photoshop.
• Collaborate with creative and graphic design agencies and partners to bring marketing collaterals to life.
• Shape our digital presence by supporting email marketing campaigns and keeping our website fresh and up to date.
• Craft compelling social media content and presentation decks that tell our story to a global audience.
• Support event planning and execution.

Learning Outcomes

• Gain hands-on experience across a range of marketing functions, from content creation to event execution.
• Develop an understanding of how marketing strategies are planned and implemented in the context of a large-scale international tech event.
• Strengthen your communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Build practical familiarity with industry tools and creative workflows.

Skills Required

• Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Creativity and attention to detail.
• Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
