Location:

The Light, Penang (temporarily based in Gurney Plaza until new store is ready)

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure the smooth daily operation of IT systems, including Start of Day (SOD) and End of Day (EOD) processes.
• Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware, software, POS, and network issues.
• Maintain LAN, servers, workstations, system backups, software updates, and data integrity.
• Coordinate IT equipment maintenance and liaise with vendors for technical support when required.
• Perform routine maintenance of computer and POS equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Monitor system security and ensure compliance with IT policies, including preventing unauthorized software installation.
• Support store operations through system administration, stocktake activities, price verification, and audit reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and relevant statutory requirements.
• Assist in IT projects, documentation, reporting, and any other duties assigned by management.

Requirement:

• Diploma holder in computer studies including fresh graduates.
• 3-4 years relevant experience in retail or service sector.
• SPM holder in a similar role for more than 5 years in retail or service sector.

Pay: From RM2,000.00 per month
