We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive people to support our Accounts Department. This internship offers hands-on experience in real-world administrative and accounting operations within a fast-growing business environment. The intern will assist with administrative, coordination, and record-keeping tasks essential to the smooth running of our finance team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the finance team with tracking monthly payments and subscriptions
• Prepare and process online payments for utilities and office/outlets expenses
• Manage filing, labelling, and organizing financial documents
• Handle printing, scanning, and documentation tasks for the team, ensure tidy and up-to-date document storage both physically and digitally
• Maintain trackers and update business information in Microsoft Excel or internal systems
• Perform accurate data entry in internal systems and AutoCount accounting software
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the Finance team
• Assist in preparing documents required for audit, tax filing, and company secretarial purposes
• Coordinate administrative matters between HQ and outlet teams
• Perform any other duties assigned by Management from time to time

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to maintain accurate records.
• Good communication skills and willingness to coordinate with different teams.
• Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn new systems, including AutoCount.
• Able to handle confidential financial information professionally.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
