Role Description

• Assist trainers in conducting digital skills lessons for special needs learners, covering subjects such as digital art, graphic design, animation and 3D modelling.
• Provide individual guidance and support to students during practical learning activities based on their abilities and learning pace.
• Assist in preparing lesson materials, teaching slides, worksheets and classroom activities.
• Support students in developing their digital skills through hands-on exercises and creative projects.
• Assist trainers in monitoring students' learning progress and documenting their achievements.
• Help maintain a positive, supportive and engaging classroom learning environment.
• Assist in organising students' digital projects, assignments and learning materials.
• Participate in lesson planning and contribute creative ideas to improve teaching and learning activities.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Animation, Digital Media, Creative Arts, Education or a related field.
• Have a strong interest in digital art, graphic design, animation or other creative digital applications.
• Basic knowledge of creative software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Krita, Canva or other relevant design tools.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact patiently and positively with students.
• Passionate about teaching

• Previous experience working with children or individuals with special needs
