About the Client

As part of its commitment to strengthening commercial capabilities, our Client is seeking a Senior Sales Training Specialist to design and deliver impactful training programs that support the growth and performance of Commercial teams across different regions.

Job Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, International Trade, Human Resources, Education, Psychology, or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in designing and implementing training programs, particularly in a sales training environment.

• Previous experience as a Sales Trainer is required. Experience leading a training team will be an added advantage.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders from English-speaking countries.

• Mandarin language proficiency is an added advantage and is not compulsory.

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• A collaborative team player who can work effectively with trainers, cross-functional stakeholders, and colleagues across different departments and time zones.

• Demonstrated ability to develop and deliver training solutions that support individual and team growth.

• Align training strategies and planning with business objectives to support commercial growth and organizational priorities.

• Identify training needs by engaging with stakeholders across different regions and conducting comprehensive training needs assessments.

• Design and develop effective training solutions tailored to the specific needs of Commercial teams across multiple regions.

• Deliver engaging training programs and independently facilitate training sessions that support individual and team development.

• Support trainers and training programs by providing expertise, effective communication, and problem-solving capabilities.

• Evaluate trainer performance and assess training effectiveness to ensure programs meet business needs and contribute to improved performance.

• Select and manage training resources, including collaboration with internal employees and external training vendors to develop and deliver training solutions.
