Job Description
Purpose of Job
Ensure accurate record-keeping, assist with department organization, and support routine tasks to maintain workflow efficiency.Finance Department
- Main filing of signed Dos, supplier invoices, and non-trade invoices.
In addition, he will assist in cleaning up the basement by organizing previous financial files. -
Technical Service Department
- Mainly responsible for scanning, renaming, attaching (in SAP & SharePoint), and filing service reports and equipment return/repair documents.
Occasionally, he will also help check the next PM schedule in SAP when necessary -
Requirements
Qualification:
Minimum SPM, Diploma in Accounting, Business Administration or related field (students or fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).Skill Required
- Basic understanding of filing system and document management.
- Familiar with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook), knowledge of SAP or SharePoint is an advantage
- Good organization skills and attention to detail
- Able to follow instructions and complete assigned task independently
- Responsible, reliable and able to maintain confidentiality of company document
