Job Description:

1. Market Claim Management

• Act as the primary liaison with Customer Service on market claim-related issues.
• Coordinate investigations, reporting, and corrective actions to address customer quality concerns.

2. Quality Analysis and Problem Solving

• Conduct initial inspections and functional analyses of returned or claimed parts.
• Evaluate findings, make technical judgments, and collaborate with relevant departments to determine root causes and corrective actions.

3. Project Leadership

• Lead and manage projects assigned by the Final Inspection Department.
• Coordinate project planning, implementation, monitoring, and reporting to ensure objectives are achieved within the required timeline.

4. Quality, Environmental, and Compliance Management

• Support and maintain the Quality Management System (ISO 9001) and Environmental Management System (ISO 14001).
• Oversee the management and maintenance of inspection tools, equipment, and machines.
• Monitor departmental budgets, 5S implementation, and workplace safety compliance.

5. Inspection and Reporting Activities

• Execute daily and periodic follow-up activities to verify and confirm quality-related issues.
• Prepare inspection check sheets, analysis reports, audit findings, and other related documentation in accordance with quality standards.

6. Operational Support and Quality Improvement

• Support daily operational activities and coordinate defect feedback with relevant stakeholders.
• Participate in hands-on quality activities including inspections, troubleshooting, analysis, repairs, and process improvements within the business unit.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and operational efficiency.

Job Specification:

• Candidate must possess at least a Degree, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Automotive) or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Analytic skill and good customer handling skills.
• Technical know-how on motorcycle repairing and troubleshooting for motorcycle is an added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English
• Applicants must be willing to work in Batu Kawan, Pulau Pinang.
