Minimum SPM / Diploma in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.

Basic accounting knowledge will be an advantage.

Good attention to detail and able to maintain accurate records.

Responsible, organized and willing to learn.

Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Candidates who can start immediately will be given preference.

Assist in daily warehouse operations, including incoming and outgoing cargo activities.

Prepare and maintain operational documents and records.

Perform data entry and update cargo movement/status in the system or relevant records.

Coordinate with warehouse personnel, drivers, customers and other related parties on daily operations.

Assist in checking cargo details, quantities and supporting documents.

Monitor and follow up on daily job progress to ensure smooth operations.

Maintain proper filing and documentation for operational records.

Assist in preparing simple operational reports when required.

Support the Operations Executive/Supervisor in daily operational matters.

Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.
