• Minimum 5 years of experience in beauty therapy, facial treatments, or skin management

• Strong skin analysis and treatment skills

• Able to handle customer consultations and treatments independently

• Fluent in Mandarin; English / Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage

• Strong focus on professionalism, service quality, and customer results

• Self-driven and motivated to grow professionally and financially

(Candidates with less than 5 years of relevant experience or no professional experience are not suitable for this role.)

• Conduct professional skin analysis and consultations

• Create personalised skin management plans based on customers’ needs

• Perform treatments using professional premium beauty equipment

• Monitor customers’ skin condition and treatment progress

• Build customer trust, satisfaction, and repeat visits through professional service

• Recommend suitable treatments and skincare products based on genuine needs

Location: Hydralab (Puchong / Kota Damansara)

Working Hour: 6 working days, 11am - 7pm (weekend is compulsory to work, and 6 off days per month)
