Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Assist customers at the counter and accurately take their orders.
- Operate the cashier and POS system when required.
- Serve food and beverages to customers promptly and courteously.
- Handle customer enquiries and provide excellent customer service.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and dining area.
- Work closely with team members to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
- Handle customer requests and feedback politely and professionally.
- Perform other basic front-of-house duties as assigned.
