Requirements
Fluent in Mandarin with good communication skills.
Sales, telesales, or customer service experience is an advantage.
Confident and comfortable communicating with customers over the phone.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Training will be provided.
Responsibilities
Contact and follow up with Mandarin-speaking customers.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
Generate and develop new sales leads.
Follow up with potential customers and arrange appointments.
Maintain good customer relationships.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
