Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate vessel arrivals, departures, and berthing arrangements in compliance with port and maritime regulations.
• Prepare, review, and manage shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, Cargo Manifests, Invoices, OKTB, and other related documentation.
• Liaise with port authorities, shipping lines, freight forwarders, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operational activities.
• Assist in planning and scheduling vessel movements, cargo operations, and crew changes.
• Prepare and process customs documentation and coordinate cargo clearance procedures.
• Ensure all operational activities comply with local and international maritime regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
• Monitor shipment progress and provide timely updates to customers and relevant parties.
• Perform any other operational duties assigned by management.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Studies, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum one (1) year of working experience in the shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding industry. Fresh graduates with relevant qualifications are encouraged to apply.
• Good communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Able to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
