Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Inventory & Warehousing: Assist in inventory tracking, stock reconciliation, and warehouse data updates using Excel.
  • Procurement & Purchasing: Support the purchasing team by following up with vendors, updating purchase orders, and organizing shipping documentation.
  • Logistics & Operations: Coordinat daily logistics and transport schedules to ensure smooth delivery flows.
  • Data & Reporting: Generate weekly supply chain performance reports and analyzed delivery bottlenecks.
  • Other duties assigned by Supervisor.

Qualification and Requirement

  • Current undergraduate student in Supply Chain Management, Business or Operations.
  • Detail-oriented, disciplined and able to follow instructions.
  • Able to handle repetitive tasks, responsible and committed work attitude.
  • Able to work well in a team and in manufacturing environment.

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
