Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is an additional advantage.

Able to work on shifts, weekends, the eve of public holidays, and public holidays, 6 days a week, 9 hours per day including 1 hour break time.

Independent and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.

Consistently provide excellent, enthusiastic customer service.

Prepare beverages and necessary ingredients according to company standards, manage customer orders, and payments.
