Job Description:

• Assist with daily tasks such as payment checking and prepare reporting to management.
• Help to prepare weekly cash reports and assists in treasury function.
• Support monthly closing and preparation of financial data.
• Assist with quarterly reports and submissions to relevant authorities.
• Able to learn and conduct with e-invoicing and finance systems.
• Support audit and tax processes when needed.
• Carry out any other tasks assigned by supervisor.

What You’ll Learn:

• Practical finance and accounting processes in a real work environment.
• How to manage finances for multiple companies.
• Experience with reporting, budgeting, audits, and compliance work.
• Use of financial software and tools used in the industry.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma or Degree in Accounting/Finance.
• Computer literate.
• Good communication and written skills in both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• A team player who can preferably work with minimal supervision.

Pay: RM1,500.00 per month
