Location: Menara Lien Ho, Tropicana, Petaling Jaya (Occasionally travel to Bandar Enstek, Negeri Sembilan if needed)

Internship Intake: December / January 2027

Internship Duration: 6 Months


As a Coca-Cola Intern, you will:

  • Design graphics, illustrations, social media posts, carousels and posters for employer branding campaigns and recruitment marketing initiatives.
  • Help produce and edit short videos, from developing concepts and storyboards to adding captions, sound and finishing touch.
  • Create simple animations and motion graphics that bring employee stories, career opportunities and campaign messages to life.
  • Develop creative materials for internship and graduate campaigns, campus engagements and career fairs, exploring interactive or gamified content where relevant.
  • Collaborate with the team to turn briefs into engaging content, contribute fresh ideas and adapt designs for different audiences and channels while following brand guidelines.
  • Support content planning and publishing preparation, organize creative assets, and leverage feedback and basic engagement insights to improve future content.


What We're Looking:

  • Pursuing a diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Illustration, Animation, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design or a closely related creative discipline seeking a compulsory or voluntary internship.
  • A foundation in visual design, layout, typography and illustration, with familiarity using relevant tools such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva or equivalent software.
  • Basic video editing and animation skills, using tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut or equivalent software, and a willingness to develop these skills further.
  • Curiosity, creative initiative and attention to detail with the ability to collaborate, manage deadlines and improve work through feedback.
  • A portfolio or samples of your creative work ie Coursework, personal projects, illustrations, videos and animations are welcome.
  • Experience or interest in gamification, photography and videography is an added advantage.
