Atlas Academy is an English language centre located in the KLCC area of Kuala Lumpur. The academy offers English language programmes for international students from Korea, China, Arab countries, Russia, and other countries.

Role Description

Atlas Academy is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Education Intern to teach English to international students and contribute to the delivery of our academic programmes. This is an on-site internship based in Kuala Lumpur, with the internship period falling between November 2026 and February 2027, subject to mutual agreement.

The intern will be responsible for conducting English lessons, preparing lesson plans and teaching materials, managing classroom activities, and evaluating students’ learning progress. The role involves teaching students with different English proficiency levels and cultural backgrounds, using engaging and interactive methods to support their language development.

This internship provides practical teaching experience in an international English language centre, allowing the intern to apply their academic knowledge in a real classroom environment while developing their teaching and classroom management skills.

Qualifications

• Must be currently enrolled in a degree programme related to Education, English Language, English Language Teaching, Linguistics, Applied Linguistics, or a closely related field.
• Strong interest in English language teaching and a genuine passion for education and student development.
• Good command of English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback, and continuously improve teaching practices.

Position: Education Intern (English Teacher)

Internship Period: Any suitable period between November 2026 and February 2027, subject to mutual agreement.

Location: Atlas Academy, KLCC area, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

Work Arrangement: On-site
