Job description:

Responsibilities:

• Assist in posting job vacancies on recruitment platforms
• Source and identify suitable candidates based on job requirements
• Review and screen candidates’ resumes
• Contact shortlisted candidates and arrange interviews
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview status and recruitment progress
• Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment trackers
• Assist in preparing recruitment-related documents
• Support onboarding activities when required
• Assist with other HR administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable communicating with candidates via phone and messaging platforms
• Good organisational and follow-up skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel
• Positive attitude, willing to learn and able to work independently
• Students who are required to complete an internship as part of their studies are encouraged to apply

Pay: RM500.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
