Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field.

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant QS experience in construction or contract administration.

• Good knowledge of contract management, tendering, cost estimation, and project documentation.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of AutoCount, CostX, or similar QS software is an advantage.

• Good command of English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with clients and subcontractors.

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Able to work independently with minimal supervision and meet tight deadlines.

• High integrity, detail-oriented, and committed to task completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review tender documents, Bills of Quantities (BQ), and cost estimates.

• Evaluate supplier and subcontractor quotations, perform price comparisons, and recommend cost-effective options.

• Prepare and submit progress claims, variation orders (VO), final accounts, and other project-related certifications in a timely manner.

• Verify subcontractor claims, work progress, material usage, and site measurements for accuracy.

• Maintain organized documentation of contracts, correspondence, and payment records.

• Coordinate with design, project, procurement, and site teams to ensure cost alignment with specifications and project requirements.

• Monitor project budgets, cash flows, and cost control throughout the project lifecycle.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors to resolve contractual or cost-related issues.

• Support project closing activities and ensure proper documentation for final accounts and audit purposes.

• Ensure all QS activities comply with company policies, project requirements, and statutory guidelines.
