One Asia Education helps international students study at leading universities in Malaysia. Moving to a new country is a big step, and we want every student to feel welcomed and supported from the moment they land.

We’re looking for friendly, reliable people in Kuala Lumpur to be the first familiar face for our newly arrived students. This is a flexible role: you only work when students are arriving, so it fits well alongside studies, other jobs, or a freelance schedule.

• Guide students through the registration process at their university
• Accompany students to their post-arrival medical check-up
• Take students shopping for essentials on their first day in Malaysia

RM100 per student supported. You choose how many assignments you take on.

• Strong command of English, both spoken and written
• Able to travel independently to university campuses, mainly APU, INTI, Sunway and Lincoln University, and occasionally others
• Warm, patient and approachable, with a knack for helping new students feel at ease
