Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in a relevant field (e.g. retail management, sales and marketing, business administration, sports science).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiasm for retail and customer service.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks.
Basic understanding of sales principles.
Punctual and reliable with a positive attitude.
Location of Internship: Pavilion KL/ 1Utama/ MidValley KL/ Bukit Indah JB
Responsibilities
Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations.
Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system.
Restock shelves and manage inventory levels.
Support the sales team with daily operations.
Learn about product knowledge and brand values.
Handle customer feedback and escalate issues as needed.
