Requirements
- Proven experience in telemarketing or a similar sales role, with at least 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to articulate product/service benefits clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated ability in lead generation and cold calling techniques to identify and qualify potential customers.
- Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, and maintain customer records.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport and handle customer inquiries effectively.
- Skilled in persuasive communication and negotiation to drive sales and achieve targets.
- Ability to work independently as a freelancer while adhering to company guidelines and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with the Malaysian market and customer base is a plus.
- Must possess a Secondary/SPM/'O' Level qualification or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to generate leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Effectively communicate the value proposition of Tenaga Cekap's cleaning services to prospective clients, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Conduct thorough research on potential clients to understand their business and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Utilize CRM software to accurately record customer interactions, update lead information, and track sales progress.
- Achieve and exceed monthly targets for qualified leads and scheduled appointments.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handover of qualified leads and provide necessary client information.
- Handle customer inquiries and objections professionally, aiming to build rapport and trust.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to enhance sales strategies.
- Provide feedback to management on customer needs and market opportunities.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times, representing Tenaga Cekap with integrity.
