• Implement and maintain the project's Quality Management System (QMS) in compliance with ISO 9001:2015
• Prepare and review Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements prior to the start of works
• Conduct site inspections of civil, structural, architectural, and M&E works to verify compliance with approved drawings and specifications
• Issue and manage Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs), driving corrective and preventive actions to closure
• Review and verify Work Inspection Requests (WIRs) and Material Inspection Requests (MIRs) before submission to consultants
• Review material certificates, mill certs, and test reports to ensure traceability and compliance with project specifications
• Coordinate and witness material testing (e.g., concrete slump/cube tests, compaction tests, welding inspections) with laboratories and consultants
• Maintain full QA/QC documentation — inspection reports, test records, checklists, and quality dossiers — for audit readiness and project handover
• Attend and support internal and external quality audits, ensuring findings are addressed within agreed timelines
• Liaise with consultants, contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve quality issues and prevent recurrence
• Monitor punch lists and defect rectification, ensuring proper close-out before handover
• Participate in weekly QA/QC meetings and progress reviews, reporting on quality performance and outstanding issues
• Support testing and commissioning activities, verifying system readiness and compliance prior to client acceptance
• Ensure quality control procedures for hospital-specific works (e.g., medical gas piping, cleanroom finishes, infection-control-sensitive areas) meet required standards
• Prepare quality dossiers and as-built documentation to support project handover and Certificate of Practical Completion (CPC)

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
