We're Hiring: Purchase-to-Pay

Location: Bandar Utama, Selangor
Salary: Up to RM5,500/month
Contract: 12-Month Renewable Contract

Are you experienced in Purchase-to-Pay (P2P), Logistics, Supply Chain, or Freight Invoice Management? Join a global organization and be part of a dynamic APAC operations team!

Responsibilities:

Verify inbound & outbound freight invoices against approved rates
Liaise with logistics service providers, Supply Chain & Finance teams on invoice discrepancies
Support vendor payment processes with accurate documentation
Identify process improvements and risk mitigation opportunities
Support internal and external audit requirements

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Accounting, or related field
2-4 years of experience in P2P, logistics, shipping, or freight invoice handling
Knowledge of Supply Chain and Finance processes
Experience with SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) is an advantage
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
