What We Require From You (The Attitude & Skills):

• Sales-Driven & Target-Motivated: You love the thrill of closing a sale and want to make extra money through commissions.

• Excellent Communicator: Bold, articulate, and completely comfortable speaking deeply about product benefits in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a huge plus).

• High Stamina & Energy:Thrives in the fast-paced, high-footfall environment of 1Utama.Giving brochures and attracting customers through demonstrations.

• Prior experience in specialized retail, fitness sales, or health related product sales is highly preferred, but a hungry attitude matters most!

Working Hours & Location

• Must be willing to work on weekends/ public holidays (min 6hrs- 12 hours/day depends on scheduling)

• Must be willing to commit to at least 3 Days in a week (i.e. 1 weekday and both Sat & Sunday)

• Work Location: 1Utama Shopping Centre

• Base Rate:RM 10.00 – RM 12.00 per hour

• Commission: % for sales generated or an extra daily bonusif they hit the store's daily personal target.

• What We Expect From You (The Role):

  • Be Aggressive & Proactive: Don't just wait behind the counter. Step out, greet customers walking by, and aggressively bring traffic into the store.

  • Educate & Convince: Enthusiastically explain the unique health benefits through product demonstration, help resolve their pain issues, improve their conditions, and prevent injuries. In other words, you must be proactive and even "talkative" in a professional way

  • Maintain the Floor: Ensure sizes are fully stocked and display models are flawlessly presented, assisting the Shop PIC in the work and sales processes.
