Join our Sentosa Hotel Banquet & F&B Team and be part of exciting events, including weddings, corporate functions, private celebrations and VIP gatherings!
No experience? No worries! Training will be provided, so you can learn on the job and build your hospitality skills.
JOB DETAILS
Location: Sentosa
Pay: Up to $15/hour
Working Hours: Shifts of up to 11 hours
Transport: Two-way staff shuttle to HarbourFront MRT
Experience: No experience required — training provided
Late-Night Transport: Transport home provided for shifts ending after 12 AM
️ JOB DESCRIPTION
As part of our Banquet & F&B Team, you will help ensure that events run smoothly and guests enjoy a pleasant dining experience.
Your responsibilities include:
Event Setup: Arrange tables, chairs, tablecloths, cutlery, crockery and dining stations according to event requirements.
Food & Beverage Service: Serve food and drinks to guests professionally and ensure their needs are attended to.
Banquet Preparation: Assist with preparing banquet halls, buffet stations and dining areas before events begin.
Table Clearing & Resetting: Clear used plates, glasses and cutlery, and prepare tables for the next round of service.
Event Support: Follow instructions from supervisors and assist with different tasks throughout weddings, banquets and other functions.
Cleanliness & Presentation: Keep dining areas, service stations and equipment clean, organised and presentable.
Guest Assistance: Respond politely to guest enquiries and help create a welcoming and enjoyable event experience.
DRESS CODE
Top: Company-provided
Pants: Black formal pants
Shoes: Black formal shoes or flats
Grooming Requirements:
Nails must be clean and neat
Hair must be neat, tidy and of a natural
