Role Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Software Trainer (Mandarin Speaking) to conduct on-site training for our clients in Singapore.

Pay: S$25/hour

Training Dates: 9 to 15 November 2026 (approximately 5 hours total, with one training date to be confirmed upon hiring)

Location: Singapore (On-site, across 3 stores)

Engagement: Short-term assignment with strong potential for long-term opportunities as we expand.

Responsibilities

* Train salon staff on how to use Idle Booking.

* Demonstrate booking, payment, and customer management features.

* Guide users through the system and answer questions.

* Provide basic onboarding support.

Qualifications

* Fluent in Mandarin and conversational English.

* Comfortable using technology and learning new software.

* Patient, friendly, and able to explain things clearly.

* Prior training experience is a plus, but not required.

* Students and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Training and guidance will be provided.
