Location : Johor Bahru

Internship for Administration

• Responsible for the closing of all cash/credit work orders.
• Liaise with CSA and ensure that they completed and submitted relevant documents for all repair orders.
• Ensure sufficient monies are collected prior effecting any service transaction.
• Ensures routing of documentation to all appropriate departments.
• Prepares and completes all service documentation in a timely manner; checks on the accuracy of cash collections and all related items.
• Monitor debtors collection and update Service Manager accordingly so that corrective measures can be undertaken if necessary.
• Handling all miscellaneous refund and follow-up on cheques pertaining to goodwill fair dealing claims.
• Maintaining a register in respect of outstanding cash job cards.
• Issuance of gate passes
• Administration of all service-related documentations which includes proper filing and coding
• Assist Head – Aftersales in administering the Aftersales Incentive Scheme
• Manage the traffic at service reception area
• Perform other duties as assigned by superior as and when required.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate
• Diploma in Administration or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 months of the internship period
• No work experience is required.
• Candidate must possess own transport.
• A monthly allowance is provided.
