Job Requirements

• Able to speak Bahasa Malaysia fluently.

• Previous livestream experience is an advantage, but fresh graduates and beginners are encouraged to apply.

• Comfortable speaking in front of a camera with a confident and energetic personality.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Responsible, punctual, and willing to learn.

• Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays if required.

• Basic knowledge of TikTok Live or e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.

Working Arrangement

Part-Time

• Work according to the Company's livestream roster.

• Minimum commitment of 40 livestream hours per month.

• Flexible working schedule based on mutual agreement and business needs.

• Night Shift allowance provided

Job Responsibilities

• Host engaging livestream sessions on TikTok and other social media platforms according to an agreed part-time schedule.

• Introduce and demonstrate the Company’s products clearly and confidently, highlighting key features, benefits, and ongoing promotions.

• Actively engage with viewers, answer product enquiries, and encourage purchases during livestream sessions.

• Prepare for each session by reviewing product information, livestream scripts, pricing, and promotional campaigns.

• Follow the Company’s livestream guidelines, approved product claims, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

• Maintain an energetic, friendly, and professional on-camera presence throughout each session.

• Work with the marketing and operations teams to improve viewer engagement and livestream sales performance.

• Assist with recording short promotional videos to support livestream campaigns when required, within agreed working hours.

• Attend relevant training and feedback sessions to improve hosting skills and product knowledge.

• Meet agreed livestream hours and performance targets appropriate to the part-time role.
