Requirements

• At least a professional certificate, diploma, advanced/higher/graduate diploma or engineering electrical and electronic degree or equivalent
• 5 years of experience in cable industry experience
• Able to communicate and translate with mandarin
• Independent with persuasive interpersonal skills and results-driven.
• Exhibit strong negotiation and problem solving skills.
• Computer literate and numerate.
• Target oriented and ability to work under pressure to meet targets.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Aggressive and fast learner.
• Good attitude and responsible character.
• Business-minded with entrepreneurship skills.

Responsibility

• Identify all issues in team and provide continuous support to all members according to operating standards on everyday basis.
• Monitor and prioritize workflow of production to meet deadlines.
• Coordinate with equipment and process teams and ensure compliance to all protocols and maintain product quality.
• Manage and prioritize all production processes and implement all production plans.
• Prepare necessary paperwork, administer and maintain records of all documents.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
