Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Puchong. The specialist will engage directly with potential customers, present products and services, and manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Daily responsibilities include executing marketing campaigns, conducting product demonstrations, gathering customer feedback, and maintaining accurate records of sales activities. The role involves collaborating with team members to achieve sales targets, participating in training sessions, and supporting client branding initiatives. The specialist will also help identify new market opportunities and contribute ideas to improve sales strategies and customer outreach.

Qualifications

• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with diverse customers and represent client brands professionally.
• Proven Sales abilities, with experience in direct selling or field sales, and a results-oriented mindset.
• Experience in Training or coaching peers on product knowledge and sales techniques is an advantage.
