We’re a lean team with direct involvement in the work we deliver. Our engineers help understand requirements, make technical decisions, build solutions, and support them in production.

The Role

We’re looking for a full-stack developer who enjoys solving problems across frontend applications, backend services, databases, and infrastructure.

You’ll work on healthcare, enterprise, and AI projects, developing new capabilities while maintaining and improving existing systems. Our environment includes both modern and established technologies, so you should be comfortable learning unfamiliar codebases and making considered changes.

You’ll have direct access to clients and ownership of clearly defined project scopes, with responsibility for understanding the requirement and seeing the work through to delivery.

What You’ll Do

• Build and maintain applications: Develop responsive interfaces with Next.js and backend services using NestJS and PHP/Yii2.
• Connect business systems: Design and integrate REST APIs and WebSocket services across hospital systems, content management platforms, and third-party vendors.
• Improve database performance: Work with PostgreSQL and MariaDB on schema design, queries, indexing, and performance troubleshooting.
• Deploy and operate services: Support AWS infrastructure, including EC2 and S3, using Docker, PM2, and CI/CD workflows through Bitbucket Pipelines.
• Contribute to AI projects: Help develop RAG pipelines, vector search, and LLM integrations using tools such as Qdrant, Ollama, and Azure AI Search.
• Resolve production issues: Investigate application errors, slow queries, server resource constraints, and integration failures, and implement fixes that address the underlying cause.
• Support project delivery: Participate in client discussions, clarify requirements, contribute to estimates, and document technical decisions and implementation details.

What We’re Looking For

This role suits developers with 1–2 years of professional experience. We also welcome fresh graduates, especially those who can demonstrate practical ability through personal projects, internships, open-source contributions, or applications they have built to solve a problem.

You should bring:

• A solid foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript, with experience in React or Next.js.
• Backend experience in Node.js, using NestJS or Express, or PHP, using Yii2 or Laravel, with a willingness to work across both ecosystems.
• SQL knowledge beyond basic CRUD, including joins, indexes, and an understanding of how to investigate query performance.
• Familiarity with Linux environments, preferably Ubuntu, and basic web server and service management concepts involving Apache/Nginx and systemd.
• The ability to debug methodically, navigate unfamiliar code, and take responsibility for assigned work.
• Clear communication in English, including explaining technical issues, documenting your work, and raising questions or blockers early.

You do not need experience with every tool in our stack. We value sound fundamentals, evidence of practical problem-solving, and the willingness to learn.

Nice to Have

• Experience with healthcare systems or enterprise integrations.
• Exposure to RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or other AI/LLM tooling.
• Hands-on AWS experience or a relevant certification.
• Experience preparing technical documentation, project estimates, or quotations.
• Familiarity with secure API design and preparing applications for vulnerability assessments and penetration testing (VAPT).
